Not As Bad As It Looks

My poor sweet hubby had a hard day at work last Thursday. Chris was moved from his normal route to a management position last October but just so happened to be delivering a bulk load this day. He said he has driven under this awning at Maeser 7-11 100+ times and he's never had a problem. The tire must have caught a high spot in the parking lot just right. Chris had to wait at that 7-11 until 7:00 at night for some executive from corporate 7-11 to fly out and see what was going on. The accident happened at 1:30 pm and pictures of it were already on the internet by 5:30 pm that same evening. I guess you could say we weren't really surprised to see it in the paper this week. :) Chris felt like an idiot but I just told him everyone has bad days at work. The guys at IGA(Davis Jubilee) have been giving him major crap for it when he goes there. They call him a celebrity and want their pictures taken with him because he's on the internet and in the paper. :) Someone commented that he must have been sampling some product when he hit the awning- but not my hubby- oh no!
