Cabin Fever

We have Cabin Fever around here that's for sure! We were couped up all summer with a new baby and haven't been out much this winter with the temperature never rising above freezing for two months straight! Boy do we have dreams about what this summer will be like- we've got big plans! We've been dying to get out of the house and one of our New Years Resolutions is to walk the dogs often- so we all went together! I promise promise promise(!) that my kids were totally and completely warm during our entire walk! -I checked! We bundled up the kids head to toe with blankets under and over them. We put the plastic cover on and away we went. It was so fun- Rooks talked the whole time- which he only does when he's in a really good mood- and Reese just giggled- we all loved it-especially the pups!

Reese snuggled up close to Rooks to stay warm. Could she be any cuter?

I think Rooks loved having a buddy to ride with in the bike trailer.

Getting ready to GO DADDY GO! (In the words of my two year old)

Here's a picture of the kids after the walk- just calm and totally chill- I think it was super fun and relaxing for them. Every time Reese would see the dogs out the side window she would just squeal in delight!

Chris said- Wow that picture makes it look like we have a lot of snow! - The roads are dry- that's all I care about!

It was so funny when we got home- the whole inside of the bike trailer was fogged over!
